For the 2015 COIL Festival presented by Performance Space 122, Sean was hired as the Festival Ambassador, where he was responsible for interfacing with industry professionals and VIP audiences to schedule and book tickets for the two weeks of performance programming.
After the 2015 festival, Sean was brought onto the PS122 team to work in Audience Services. He oversaw the ticketing and reporting of all programming and worked closely with every department to track and manage audience data.
Promoted to Audience Services Manager, Sean was tasked with overseeing all box office operations for the COIL festivals, Galas, and special events. Festival partner venues were scattered all over New York City, and operated simultaneously over the two week festival.
For the festival season Sean hired and managed a 20+ person staff across venues, ensured collection, reporting, and depositing of all box office finances.
